3 new Harry Potter films coming from 2016
It turns out Apple aren't the only company about to drop big news at an over-hyped event this week.
Warner Brothers CEO Kevin Tsujihara announced three new Harry Potter films at today's shareholder meeting.
The trilogy will be based on JK Rowling's Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, and the author will be writing the three scripts herself. But the best news of all is that director of the last 4 Harry Potter instalments David Yates is likely to direct all three, and as any dad knows, the last 4 were the only ones worth watching.
The films will release bi-annually in 2016, 2018 and 2020 and are likely to rake in well north of four billion dollars.
